The predecessor of the company can be traced back to the Harqin Zuoqi Sand Fuming Society established in 1956, Chaoyang Pegasus Foundry Co., Ltd. (later renamed Chaoyang Pegasus Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) was established in 1998, and Chaoyang Pegasus Group Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Chaoyang Xinma Logistics Co., Ltd. were established in November 2004. The parent company, Kazuo Radiant Factory, was renamed Chaoyang Pegasus Group Axle Parts Co., Ltd. in 2003 and changed its name to TrailerMaster CVS. Inc in July 2007. It mainly focuses on the development, processing and sales of automobile wheel end brake assemblies.

 

Introduction of Branch Factory

 

1. Beijing Office: Located at 2302-2303, Block A, Runfeng Deshang, 60 Anli Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, there are 14 employees, mainly responsible for the company's external business.

 

 

2. Group headquarters office building and staff dormitory building

 

 

3. The first branch factory, formerly known as Kazuo County Foundry Factory, which was established in 1972, covers an area of 51700 square meters, has a registered capital of 50 million yuan, and produces 30000 tons of auto parts series products annually.

 

 

4. The second branch factory, formerly known as Kazuo Textile Machinery Factory, covers a total area of 46000 square meters, with a registered capital of 14.04 million yuan and an annual production capacity of 26000 tons of auto parts series products.

 

 

5. The third branch factory was invested and constructed in 2004. It is a national debt support project for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China. It was put into production in July 2005 with a total investment of 107.7 million yuan, a registered capital of 40 million yuan and an annual production capacity of 56000 tons.

 

 

6. The fourth branch factory, with an investment of about 0.2 billion yuan and a total floor area of 200000 square meters, has now completed a construction area of 11804 square meters. Germany's advanced casting production line has been introduced and 150 sets of equipment have been purchased. After the project is put into operation, the annual sales revenue will be increased by 476.44 million yuan, with an annual output of 69000 tons of castings and more than 2000 new jobs.
